Vietnam Airport Assistance Add-ons
Add extra support to your Arrival or Departure Fast Track request when it is available at the selected airport. Common add-ons include Visa Stamping Assistance, Luggage Assistance (including taxi arrangement where available), Priority Security Screening, and Airport Lounge Access request.
Add-ons are airport-specific
- Not every add-on is available at every Vietnam airport.
- Some add-ons have fixed public prices; others require manual confirmation.
- Add-ons must match the selected direction, airport, and main package.
- Government or airline fees, where applicable, are separate from Vietnam GoEasy service fees.
- No airport assistance service can guarantee visa approval, immigration clearance, airline check-in, boarding, or zero waiting time.
Arrival add-ons
- Visa Stamping AssistanceSupport around the VOA / landing visa stamping counter where this service is available. Any government stamping fee remains separate.
- Luggage AssistanceHelp with baggage collection, movement to the arrivals hall, and taxi-booking/luggage-loading arrangement where available. There is no separate Taxi Calling product.
Departure add-ons
- Priority Security ScreeningExtra support around the departure security process at selected airports.
- Airport Lounge AccessHandled as Request quote when final availability or pricing must be confirmed.
- Special airport needsLarge groups, wheelchair-related requests, VIP guests, or urgent cases should be reviewed by support before payment.

Can I buy an add-on without the main Fast Track service?
Some airport support may be reviewed separately, but the booking form is designed to match add-ons with a main Arrival or Departure package first.
Is the stamping fee included?
No. Visa Stamping Assistance is a service fee. Any government stamping fee, when applicable, remains payable separately.
Why is lounge access not priced instantly?
Lounge access can depend on airport, date, capacity, and passenger conditions, so it is handled as a quote request.
Can support arrange special airport needs?
