Visa and urgent-support timing depends on Vietnam time (GMT+7), working days, public holidays, case details, document accuracy, system availability, and authority processing windows. Service timing is calculated by Vietnam time (GMT+7), using the published Vietnam GoEasy cut-off/result table for the selected package and excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnam public holidays unless manual emergency support is separately confirmed.

Visa-related processing starts only after payment is confirmed and all required information, acceptable photos, and supporting documents have been received. Missing or unsuitable items may place the case on hold.

Airport assistance depends on airport operations, flight details, service capacity, and real-time conditions. We cannot guarantee no waiting, access to every priority lane, airline acceptance, security or immigration clearance, visa approval, entry permission, or any official decision.

Travelers may apply directly through official government channels or arrange airport services elsewhere without using Vietnam GoEasy.

Working visa requests require the sponsoring company name, phone number, and address in Vietnam. We may request additional details, and final decisions remain with the relevant authority.
