Refund Policy

Before payment

Customers may cancel before payment with no cancellation fee.

After payment but before processing starts

Refund requests may be reviewed if Vietnam GoEasy has not started reviewing, preparing, submitting, following up on, or processing the request.

After processing starts

Once service work has started, the service fee becomes non-refundable because staff time, document review, case preparation, and support work may already be underway.

Incorrect information

If a visa-related result is issued with customer-provided or customer-confirmed incorrect details, the order may be considered completed and no refund issued for that order.

Visa refusal support gesture

If a visa application is refused by the official immigration authority, official/government and related processing fees are normally not refunded by the reviewing authority. However, as a special customer-support gesture, Vietnam GoEasy may refund 50% of the total amount paid for the affected visa service.

Fees and deductions

Bank fees, payment processing fees, exchange-rate differences, transfer fees, and third-party charges will be deducted from the refundable amount or borne by the customer.
