Vietnam GoEasy provides private travel assistance services. We are not a government website, immigration authority, visa-issuing body, embassy, or consulate.

2. Direct application option

Travelers may choose to apply directly through official government channels without using Vietnam GoEasy.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, clear documents, valid contact details, and timely replies to support requests.

4. No approval guarantee

Final decisions are made by official authorities. Vietnam GoEasy cannot guarantee approval, official processing time, or entry permission.

5. Payment and processing

Payment summaries must match the selected service, visa type, processing option, add-ons, and number of applications. If the PayPal amount does not match the website summary, processing may be paused until support verifies the order.

6. Service availability

Urgent, express, emergency, weekend, and holiday support are subject to case details, document accuracy, working hours, and official processing availability.
