Support-readyKeep support contacts and order details easy to find if your flight or document situation changes.

What to check 7–10 days before departure

Do not wait until airport check-in to review your Vietnam entry documents. A calm review several days before departure gives you time to correct small issues, ask support for guidance, or arrange airport help if needed.

  • Passport validity and conditionMake sure the passport you will carry is the same passport used for your visa or travel document. The bio page should be readable, not damaged, and not close to expiry for your trip plan.
  • Visa pathConfirm whether you are using an eVisa, visa exemption, visa on arrival with approval letter, or another official path. Do not mix instructions from different visa types.
  • Name, passport number, and date of birthCompare every important field against your passport. Even small differences can create stress at airline check-in or arrival.
  • Entry and exit datesYour planned arrival should be inside the validity window of the visa or exemption path you are using. If your trip changes, review the document again.
  • Entry route and airportMake sure your arrival route fits the document you prepared. Some support paths are airport-only, while eVisa and exemption rules can depend on the permitted route.
Important: Airline check-in staff may review your passport, visa, approval letter, onward travel, and destination details before allowing you to board. Vietnam GoEasy can help you prepare, but airline and border decisions remain outside any private service.

When extra support is worth considering

Extra support is not necessary for every traveler. It becomes more useful when timing is tight, documents feel confusing, the traveler is arriving for the first time, or a family/group wants a clearer airport handoff. If your flight is close, ask support before paying so the team can check whether the request is realistic.

Vietnam GoEasy role: We help travelers prepare documents, understand the support path, and coordinate available arrival services. We do not control airline boarding, official visa decisions, airport rules, or border decisions.
What Vietnam GoEasy can help with

We help travelers understand the likely support path, review practical document details, explain common mistakes, and coordinate private assistance where the case is suitable.

  • Document and timing review before moving forward
  • Clear guidance for eVisa, VOA, exemption, or embassy-style questions
  • Human support by email, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, or Viber
What no private service can promise

Final visa approval, airline boarding, border admission, official processing decisions, and airport rules remain outside any private support service.

  • No guarantee of approval or entry
  • No claim of government affiliation
  • No replacement for official requirements or authority decisions
For urgent, complex, or special cases, the safest next step is to ask support to review your situation before paying or choosing a path.

Want a smoother arrival?

Send your flight date, airport, traveler count, and visa situation. We can help review whether eVisa support, fast track, pickup, or another path fits your trip.

Ask Support First
Not sure which path fits your trip?

Send your nationality, passport country, travel date, entry route, and current visa status. Vietnam GoEasy can help you understand whether eVisa support, VOA guidance, airport assistance, or an official/embassy path is more realistic.
